Wife: Mary Carrie Thomas (Pruitt) White Married: 02/07/1900, Hamilton Co., TX, Hamilton Co., Marriage Record Bk. 3, p. 138 Parents: William Marshall White & Susan Rebecca Dupree WHITE, WILL FRANK MARCH, 1968 LAST RITES of WILL FRANK WHITE From the Hamilton Herald News March 1968 Funeral services for Will Frank White, Route 1, Jonesboro, were held March 9, at 2 p.m. in Riley Funeral Chapel here, Rev. Harry Hunt officiating. Burial was in Bulman Cemetery. Mr. White died in Coryell County Memorial Hospital in Gatesville, March 7 after an illness of several weeks. He was born in Dallas County Sept. 6, 1874 and moved to Hamilton County at the age of two. His parents were William and Susan Dupree White. His wife, Mary Pruitt White, whom he married February 8, 1900, died on April 6, 1966. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Zella Blum of Jonesboro, Mrs. Irene Williams of Abilene, Mrs. Estella Wright of Lampasas, Mrs. Mary Frank Slaughter of Brady; four brothers, Cad White of Big Spring, Ike White of Monahan, Walter White of California and Tommy White of Hamilton; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Oglesby of Clyde and Mrs. Susie Hitt of Hico; 16 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
