Dates from SSDI and TX Death Index Laura Lee Poling, 89, of 3419 Tripp, died today. Services are pending with Schooler-Gordon Bell Avenue Chapel. Mrs. Poling, born in Grayson County, was a pioneer of the Panhandle area, having lived in Carson County in New Mexico. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church, where she was a member of TEL Sunday school class. Her husband, J.M. "Milton", died in 1963. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Grace Longanecker of Amarillo; a son, Walton of Fritch; four sisters, Jewell Farwell of Amarillo, Grace Phillip of Forth Worth, Mary Templeton of Houston and Dena Fay Denning of Idalou; 15 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
