Photo copied from spouse, Glenda's, memorial. Norton resident, Richard D. Tyrrell passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Andbe Home in Norton at the age of 78. Richard was born September 6, 1936 in Lenora, Kansas the son of Roy Albert & Mary Kathryn (Vahling) Tyrrell. Survivors included two brothers, Ronald & wife, Dolly of Wakeeney, Kansas and Tom & wife, Neila of Norton, Kansas; and two sisters, Ruth Lucidi & husband, Ed of Palm Harbor, Florida and Roberta Lively & husband, Ed of Phillipsburg, Kansas. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Saints Philip & James Catholic Church in Phillipsburg, with Father Joseph Kieffer officiating. Burial followed in the Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg. Arrangements were by the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg. Memorial contributions were suggested to the Wounded Warriors Project or Mass Offerings to Saints Philip & James Catholic Church.
