Graveside services for Bobby C. Jones age 82 of Elkhart will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Elkhart with Pastor Sam DeVille officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bailey & Foster Funeral Home. Mr. Jones passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Hospice Homeplace in Tyler. He was born December 12, 1936 in Elkhart to Clyde Turner Jones and Vergie Peterson Jones. Mr. Jones was retired from Union Pacific Railroad where he worked as a brakeman and conductor. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Elkhart. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Karren Easley Jones of Elkhart, a daughter Christy Squiers and husband Bubba of Tyler, sons Peter Jones of Dallas, and Patrick Jones of Palestine, a sister Bonnie Faust of Elkhart, three grandchildren Zoe Jones, Abby Jones and Rylee Squiers.
