Bio

Rozina was born in 1845 to Jiri Holik and Rozina Mikeska in house # 125. She married three times: 1) Tomas Slezak (1832-1878) on 3 May 1868 in Zadverice - one daughter Frantiska; 2) Josef Melch (1853-1896) on 23 Feb 1879 in Zadverice - two daughter and on son and 3) Frank Stupka (1856-1911) on 22 May 1897 in Ord, Nebraska. The Melc family immigrated to the US, leaving from Hamburg aboard the Bohemia and arriving in New York on 20 Feb 1890: Josef Melc - 36, Rozina - 45, Franz - 9, Anna - 8, Aloise - 4 and Josef - 3. Died of pneumonia.
