Patricia Fevig, 73, Moorhead, Minnesota, died Sunday, April 23, 2017, in her home under the care of her family and Hospice of the Red River Valley. Patricia Louise Olson was born March 29, 1944, the daughter of Albert and Mercedes (Lampton) Olson, in rural Hawley, MN. She was raised there and attended school. In August of 1960, she was united in marriage to Verne Fevig. They established their home in Hawley and later moved to Moorhead. Over the years, Patricia worked at Silverline, owned and operated a diner, worked as a bartender at several businesses in the Fargo-Moorhead area and later was the manager of the Dakota Boys Ranch in North Fargo. She loved baking, cooking, sewing, canning and gardening. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was a big fan of Garth Brooks, Elvis, and Dale Earnhardt. She is survived by her daughters, Tammy (Michael) Settera, Great Falls, MT, Lori Beck, Twin Valley, MN, Wendy Fevig, Ulen, MN, Cindy (Michael) Slaughter, and Kristi Fevig, both, Moorhead; grandchildren, Jacob (Kellie Jo) Settera, Carlie Settera, Amanda (Darell) Skoy, Brianne Beck, Logan Bailey, Casey (Mariah) Fevig, Danielle Knopfler, Christian Hernandez, Michael Slaughter, Jr., Samuel Hernandez and Robin Buretta; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, L. Bradley “Chub” (Diane) Olson, Moorhead; and many nieces and nephews.
