Bio
Travis D. Fails, age 80 of Rowlett, TX, passed away May 16, 2019. He was born November 2, 1938, in Mabank, TX, to Amon D. and Minnie (Flowers) Fails. Travis served his country in the U.S. Army and after his military service sold tires for Southwest Tire and Plainsman Tire his entire career. On December 29, 1959, in Duncanville, TX, he married Peggy Martin and they shared 52 wonderful years until her death in 2012. Travis attended Lake Pointe Church. He was an avid reader and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Travis is survived by son: Alan Fails and wife Kim of Irving, TX; sister: Marie Webb of Lancaster, TX; grandchildren: Fallon and Franchesca Fails. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and daughter Angela.
