JAMES EDWARD "BUD" FOSTER was the son of Adam Robertson Foster and Mrs. Nancy Emmaline (Jones) Foster. He was the husband of Mrs. Louisa Frances "Eliza" (Terry) Foster whom he married on October 25, 1874 in Fulton County, Georgia.
