Bio

Charles Edwin Rice of Norman, Oklahoma, was born January 5, l937, in Apache, Oklahoma, to Osa Caswell Rice and Flossie Mae Parmer Rice. He passed away on December 24, 2018, at the age of 81. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Edgar William Rice. He is survived by his sister, Betty Rice Darnell of The Woodlands, Texas; one nephew, James Steven Rice of Madill, Oklahoma; three nieces, Laurie Rice of Sun Valley, California, Jaye Lynn Darnell Upton of Lufkin, Texas, and Jeanie Darnell Walker of The Woodlands, Texas. Graveside services are scheduled for Monday, February 11, at 10:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Apache, Oklahoma under the direction of Crews Funeral Home.
