Bio

1927-2009 George J. Homan, 82, of Cheyenne, died Nov. 27 in Cheyenne. He was born Aug. 8, 1927, in Cheyenne and had lived here all of his life. Mr. Homan served in the United States Army during World War II. He worked as a painter for Fisher Decorating before his retirement. He was affiliated with the Baptist Church. Mr. Homan is survived by his daughter, Georgia Breazeale of Cheyenne; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Blanche Homan on April 10, 2003; his father and stepmother, William and Marian Homan; and one brother, Rudy Homan. At his request, no services will be held. Interment will be in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
