Bio

Fay was born in Spencer NE and graduated from Norfolk Jr College. Fay served in the U.S. Army Corp in TX and Germany. He graduated from University of NE with a BSEE degree. He had a fulfilling 40 year career programming and designing computer programs. He traveled the world and rode his motorcycle across the country with his friends.
