Services For Riley, 70, Set HOUSTON (Sp) — Services for Foy P. "Pat" Riley, 70, of Humble will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Pat H. Foley Northwest Chapel in Houston with the Rev. John LeVrier officiating. Riley died Monday in a local hospital. An area resident for 38 years, Riley was a former resident of San Antonio. He was a retired chief deputy constable for Harris County's Precinct 1 and a member of the Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Inez Riley of Humble; his mother, Anna Riley of San Antonio; a daughter, Maureen McMillan of Houston; a son, James W. Riley of Baytown; two sisters, Joyce Marie Castiglone of San Antonio and Barbara Lynn Burrow of Abilene; a brother, Burton Riley of Lufkin; two grandsons, Dan C. McMillan Jr. and D. Scott McMillan; and three granddaughters, Dawn Riley, Shauna Riley and Andreena Riley. Three great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews also survive. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers are A.B. Washington, Joe Bentley, Russell Sanford, Cleveland Short, Ruben Sojola, and Mike Hatcher. Honorary pallbearers are Walter H. Rankin and all Harris County deputy constables. In lieu of other remembrances, the family asks that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society. Services are under direction of Pat H.
