Bio
Billie Faye Warren of Terrell, Texas went to be with our Lord and Savior on April 1, 2019. She was born on January 17, 1930 to Jess Eyul and Ada Johnson (Nichols) in Italy, Texas. She married Rufus Joseph Warren after World War II. They left Italy and moved to Navarro County. Once the kids were grown, she and RJ took the land next door to her parents homestead in Elmo, Texas where she was an avid genealogist and loved photography, as long as it wasn’t a picture of her, and traveling with family and friends for many years. She loved giving crocheted dolls, blankets and lottery tickets to her family. She is survived by Sister Shirley Jones (Johnson) of Mesquite, Texas; grandchildren, Shannon Warren Hayes, husband Bobby of Irving, Stacy Warren of Keller, Veronica Daniel Ware, husband Tony of Elmo, Jennifer Daniel Hemingway, husband Michael of Elmo. great-grandchildren, Christian Ware, Rebecca Null, Nicholas and Brianna Hayes. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Rufus Joseph Warren, parents Jess Eyul and Ada Johnson, Children Jesse Edgar Warren and Ronda Gail Garner, Grandson, Ricky Null, Jr., Sister Bobbie Johnson and Brother Jesse Charles Johnson. Funeral services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas on April 4, 2019 at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm prior to the funeral service.
