Robert Morris Beasley December 14, 1932 - March 30, 2019 Robert Morris Beasley, 86, of Hixson, died Saturday, March 30, 2019 at his home. Robert retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 30 years. He was a member of Clear Creek Church of Christ and was a longtime fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. He was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Tennie Beasley; three brothers, Athel Beasley, Ellis Beasley, Frank Beasley, four sisters, Clarine Burnette, Shirley Stevens, Betty Fisher, and Faye Emerson. Survivors include his wife, Juanita Beasley; two daughters, Dr. April Beasley (Doug) Irving, Stephanie Beasley; brother, Murray (Judy) Beasley; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.at Hamilton Funeral Home with Steve Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 11:30 – 1:00 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice of Chattanooga or World Christian Broadcasting. Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson (423) 531-3975.
