Her mother was Mattie Allen Eidson. She was the second wife of George Wesley Sconce. They were married October 23, 1892 in Denton, Texas. Their children were: Claude E.; Virgie Sconce Bailey; May Bailey Pinckard; Lola D. Scnce Carroll Ide, who passed away 7-10-1969 - Contra Costa, Calif; and Thomas Ervin Sconce who passed away 10-22-1979.
