John William McClure April 27, 1927 - March 22, 2019 John William McClure. 91, of Ratcliff, Arkansas, passed from this life on Friday, March 22, 2019 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was born April 27, 1927 in Lincoln, Nebraska to the late William and Amber (Kenton) McClure. He was retired from Cloyes Gear in Paris, Arkansas and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma McClure; 1 son, Virgil McClure; granddaughter, Jenny Fish and son-in-law, Don Mantooth. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville, with burial in McKendree Cemetery near Scranton, Arkansas, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 7:00 P.M., Monday Evening at Roberts Funeral Home. He is survived by: 1 daughter, Bonnie Mantooth of Ratcliff, Arkansas; one stepson, Dana Fish of Wichita, Kansas; 1 sister, Bonnie Hodge of Little Rock; 2 brothers, Floyd McClure of Booneville and Dennis McClure of Paris; 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Pallbearers: Jaeson McClure, Shawan McClure, Cody McClure, Frank Inda, Jae Shurden and Owen Young.
