Wiley was born on September 20, 1935 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma to James Herbert and Georgia Faye Mize. Wiley was an avid fisherman, hunter, and loved camping. He enjoyed woodworking and built cabinets, sheds, or rooms onto the house. He was a tinkerer and was always fixing things or reloading gun shells. Wiley heard his nations calls and served in the US Navy from July of 54’ to June of 58’. He also enjoyed listening to Thunder radio and was an OU and Texas Rangers fan. Wiley is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Pam Mize; children Karen Mize & spouse Laura Schile-Mize and Kevin Mize & spouse Karen; grandchildren, Brandon Carter & spouse Hanna and Greg Mize & spouse Cynthia. Wiley is preceded in death by his parents, James and Georgia Mize.
