Deceased Name: Zula Eady Clark Fort Worth Star-Telegram (TX) - December 4, 1997 FORT WORTH - Zula Eady Clark , 80, a retired Stripling's Department Store clerk, died Monday, Dec. 1, 1997, at a local hospital. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Friday at Travis Avenue Baptist Church Chapel. Zula Eady Clark was born Dec. 5, 1916, in Whitney, the fifth of 13 children born to Dolphus Eady and Lucy Jones Eady. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clark ; daughter, Shirley Davis; son, Danny Clark ; her mother and father; and all but one sibling. Survivors: Brother, Rufus Eady of Fort Worth; daughters, Glenda Feddersen of Fort Worth and Bobbie Hardy of Kilgore; son, Jimmy Clark of California; 14 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
