In Memoriam NELLIE FAYE CLUBINE February 13, 1931 ~ February 26, 2019 NELLIE'S STORY On Tuesday, February 26, 2019, Nellie Faye Clubine, loving mother of three daughters, grandmother of five, and great grandmother of four passed away at the age of 88. Nellie was born on February 13, 1931, in Ft. Worth, Texas to Charles and Pearl Massey Woodson. She married George Clubine on June 9, 1953. They lived in Texas, Kansas, and Colorado, before moving to Oklahoma with three daughters. She retired from OU Health Science Center in 1997. Nellie is preceded in death by her husband, George Clubine; mother and father, Charles and Pearl Woodson; 2 sisters, and 1 brother. She is survived by three daughters: Charlene and husband Dick Smith of Oklahoma City, Phyllis Gottschalk, and Dan of Rochester Minnesota and Janet and husband Kevin Whitley of Oklahoma City; Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and the many others who knew her as MeMaw and Momma Clubine. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 2, 2019, at Faith Church, 800 S. Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City Oklahoma. My mom never best judgement on anyone, she loved everyone. She said to me, that she prayed every night that I would find a good man before she went to Heaven, and I did. My husband, Kevin and I could here my mother prayed out loud every night and prayed for everyone that they accept Jesus Christ in their heart. I love you mom and I love all the precious time and memories we shared together, may you rest in peace, and I will see you and Dad up there.
