Billy Wayne Grossman, 67, born February 4, 1941, passed away January 14, 2009 at his residence in Edinburg. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Barbara Grossman of Edinburg; children: Kathy (David) Clark of Stafford, Virginia, Sandy Grossman of San Antonio, Texas, Greg Grossman of Mission, Texas, Debbie (Dustin) Lloyd of Japan; grandchildren: Kalyn Clark, Dylan Clark; brother, Edwin (Ruth) Grossman Jr. of Kingsville, Texas, Jeff (Molly) Grossman of McAllen; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents: Edwin and Lois Grossman. Billy was raised in Alice and attended Alice schools. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and collecting arrowheads. Billy worked many years in the oil field business which moved him to many parts of Texas. He enjoyed spending time with family and will be remembered as a loving husband, father and brother.
