Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (WI) - January 19, 2005 Hurtgen, Richard C. Of Pewaukee, born to eternal life Monday, January 17, 2005 at age 90. Born on the family farm on June 8, 1914 to parents William & Theresa (nee Demler) Hurtgen. Married Mary Agnes Condon on November 18, 1942 and together raised their loving family. Lifelong dairy farmer and member of Queen of Apostles Catholic Church. He is survived by his children; Andrew (Jeanne), Monroe, Oregon, Thomas (Nancy), Hillsboro, NC, Dr. John (Linda), New Freedom, PA, James (Kathleen), Watertown, Mary (David) Humphrey, Ixonia, Ann (Allen) Pauli, West Bend, Leo (Karen), Elkhorn, Ellen, Pewaukee and Paul (Yvette), Pewaukee, 29 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his wife Mary Agnes, daughter Veronica, son Peter, granddaughter Renee, grandson Peter, sister Catherine Feil and parents. Funeral Mass 7 pm Friday, at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, N35 W23401 Capitol Dr., Pewaukee. Burial St. Mary's Cemetery, Pewaukee. Visitation 4-7 pm.
