Dennis LeRoy Dannat passed away May 26th 2016 to cancer. Dennis was born October 14th 1945 to Henry and Etta Dannat in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Dennis was preceded in death by both his parents, brother Donald Dannat, daughter Denise Gomez, and son Douglas Dannat. Dennis is survived by his wife Patricia, daughter Debbie Jackson, son-in-law Rodney Jackson, son David Dannat, four granddaughters, and eight great grandchildren. Dennis and Patricia owned and operated Dennis Automotive Repair on Wisconsin Avenue for over 32 years. Dennis loved family get togethers, and playing with the kids, he loved camping and especially ocean fishing with his friends.Dennis and Patricia had just celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary. Memorial services will be held on August 27th 2016 at First Christian Church of Oceanside at 2pm. There will be a reception after.
