A rosary at 10:00 a.m. followed by a requiem mass for Evelyn Henzen Trojacek, 88, of Tyler will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 in the Calvary Hill Mausoleum Cemetery in Dallas, with the Rev. Hank Lanik officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Trojacek passed away Monday, January 7, 2019 in Tyler. She was born on February 28, 1930 to Frank and Mary Vitovsky in Dallas. Evelyn was a member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and the Chapel of Saints Peter and Paul in Tyler. She also belonged to SPJST, KJT and KJZT Czech Clubs and the Circle of Czech Women. Evelyn was preceded in death by husbands, Frank Henzen and John Trojacek; sons, Allen Henzen and Michael Henzen; step-daughter, Pauline Gajdica; and brothers, Bill Vitovsky and Milton Vitovsky. She is survived by her brother, Joe Vitovsky; daughter, Sharon Shobe and husband Kelly; step-daughter, Liz Slovak and husband Milton; step-son, John Trojacek and wife Brenda, two grandchildren, Denise White and husband Joe, and Matthew Henzen; step-granddaughter Jennifer Molaison and husband James; five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Stewart Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway, in Tyler.
