Fran Pannell, 85, passed away in Bonham, Texas, on Thursday, November 22, 2018. Burial will be at New Chatfield Cemetery. Fran was born on February 11, 1933, in Chatfield, Texas, to the late Joseph William Ferguson and Ethel Mae Layton Ferguson. She worked as a computer programmer and attended church at the Roane Baptist Church before moving to Bonham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Pannell; and a son, David Ferguson. Survivors include her sons: Frank Pannell Jr., of Kemah, TX., Johnny Pannell, of Preddy, TX., and Joey Pannell, of Conroe, TX; daughters: Barbara Bailey, of Bonham, TX, Sandra Andrews, of Leander, TX, and Brenda Boultinghouse, of Lampasas, TX; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Leta Bell, of Bonham; other relatives and many friends.
