Bio

Gregory M. Jansky, 56, died mid-day on Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, due to a heart attack.  Greg was born June 9, 1962 and worked as a bus mechanic. He joined “Trailways” at the age of 18 and carried on when acquired by Greyhound Lines, adding up to nearly a 40 year career.  He enjoyed fishing, westerns, and making a dent in a cold 12-pack. He was a straight shooter. You could always count on him to tell you the truth. He is survived by a daughter, Angla; former spouse Jerry; brothers David and Donald; sisters Barbara and June; and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Forest Ridge Funeral Home in North Richland Hills.  Contributions in Greg’s memory may be made to the Friends of Arlington Animal Services.
