Bio
Daughter of Alois & Anna (Zoucha) Kiolbasa. She was raised North of Clarks, Nebraska. On April 15, 1940 Bernice was united in marriage to Alfons Tarnick in Krakow. Bernice was a devoted wife and mother. Bernice was a member of Ss. Peter/Paul Catholic Church in Krakow where she was a member of the Altar Society. They retired in 1976 and moved to Columbus where she was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church. Bernice loved sewing and gardening. She is survived by: Daughter Monica (Dennis) Dush of Columbus, NE Son Marion (Irene) Tarnick of Columbus, NE Sister Florence (Stanley) Koziol of Columbus, NE Sister Josephine Olsufka of Omaha, NE Seven Grandchildren Ten Great Grandchildren She is preceded by: Husband Alfons Tarnick Father Alois Kiolbasa Mother Anna Kiolbasa Brother Dennis Kiolbasa Infant Brother Edwin Kiolbasa Brother Leonard Kiolbasa Grandson Dave Dush Great Grandson Josh Shefcyk
