The Salt Lake Tribune June 7, 1994 page B7 Ernest Griffin Goulding, 89, died June 5, 1994 in a Salt Lake care center. He was born January 30, 1905 in Deboise, Idaho to Elijah and Margaret Van Doron Goulding. He married Ione Reynolds, 1925, later divorced. Married Gertrude Reeves, 1971. He was a rancher and farmer, former employee of Jordan Meat Co. Survivors: Wife, five sons and three daughters, Colleen (Lee) Grow, Sparks, Nevada; Kent (Ilene), Brant (Deon), Terry (Lois), DeLoa (Harold Pitt, Kirk (Edna), all Salt Lake; Renn (Martha), No. Ogden; Sherry (Orville) Keener, So. Ogden; two stepchildren, Juanita and Patty; 40 grandchildren; 72 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by one brother, three sisters and a son, Vard. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 8, 1994 at 11 a.m. in the West Jordan City Cemetery, 7800 So. 1300 West. Friends may call at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So.
