s/o Oscar Dewitte Goodwin, Ezilda F. Gillette - m. 27 May 1930, Cook County, IL. His father 1st married in 28 Nov 1918 to Madonna P. Young, later divorced. His mother, Ezilda, was born 28 Jul 1909 in Rebreuve, France, arriving 15 Jan 1913 in New York, New York. His half-brother, Oscar Pierce Goodwin was born 20 Mar 1921 in Bloomington, Monroe, Indiana. He married 2 Jun 1936 to Margaret Graham in Marion, Indiana. Oscar died 11 Nov 1983 in San Bernardino, California.
