Elsie was the only child born to John Wallace and Zadie E. (McCullough) Trimble. She married Barton Baskin McPherson and they had three children: Kenneth Wayne, Eva Janette and Nancy Jo. Obituary Fort Worth Star-Telegram - Texas April 19, 2002 STEPHENVILLE - Elsie McPherson, 91, a homemaker, died Wednesday, April 17, 2002, at Stephenville hospital. Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Burial: Gardens of Memory Cemetery Visitation: 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials: Foster's Home for Children or a charity of choice. Elsie was born Sept. 26, 1910, in Hamilton County. She was a member of Graham Street Church of Christ. She was the widow of Barton McPherson. Survivors: Son, Kenneth McPherson; daughters, Janette Bates and Jo McPherson; sisters, Frankie Hudson and Margie Gable; brother, Homer Trimble; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
