"Harry O. Pattie, 82, of 400 W. 110th, died Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Lyntoria Adams, 7583 High Drive, Prairie Village. He was born in Carroll County, Mo., and had lived in this area 50 years. He was a salesman for the Frank Welch Realty Co. before retiring 13 years ago. He was a member of the Carrollton First Baptist Church. He also leaves another daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Hardgree of the home; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Mather of Joshua Tree, Calif.; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Floral Hills Chapel; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society." The Kansas City Times, February 4, 1978
