Billy Max White, age 82, born in Atmore, AL and a resident of Perdido, AL died Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at his residence. He was a retired Superintendent for the Los Angeles California Sanitation District. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in Korea. He is survived by a daughter, Cynthia (Jo) Simmons of Elesanor, AL; stepchildren, Tonya Chase, Mike Brown and Ronald Brown; one brother, Miles "Bo" (Lois) White of Rabun; four sisters, Libby (Wayne) Dean of Spanish Fort, AL, Sandra (George) Stewart of Rabun, Karen (Hubert) Harville of Rabun and Sylvia (Dale) Roberts of Perdido, AL; granddaughter, Liberty (Jeff) Hannah and two great grandchildren, Kristen (Marvin) Ramos and Jackson Hannah. He was precede in death by his first wife, Betty White and his second wife, Willa Jean White. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Sammy Thomley, Reverend James Peacock, and Reverend Wendell Hadley officiating. Burial will follow at Perdido Baptist Cemetery.
