4th California Infantry Enlisted on 11/5/1861 at Auburn, CA as a Sergeant. On 11/13/1861, he mustered into "G" Co. California 4th Infantry. He re-enlisted on 2/12/1864. He was Mustered Out on 3/14/1866 at Fort Yuma, CA
