Bio

Anson -Tommy Felton West Sr., 80, passed away Tuesday, September 4th, 2018. He was surrounded by family at the time of his passing. Tommy was born on November 3rd, 1937 to James Felton West and Thelma D. Leil West in Hamlin, Texas. He was a retired truck driver that always told us that he wished he was still able to drive. Preceded in death is his parents, one daughter and two sisters. He is survived by his wife Laura West of Anson, two sons Tommy Felton West Jr. of Michigan and Ronald West and wife Melinda of Abilene, Texas. Four daughters Sandra West of Michigan, Rhonda Grisby of Hawley, Regina West of Wichita Falls and Alexandra Farrar of Anson. Four granddaughters Karla Phipps of Michigan, Lindsey Buchanan of Clyde, Harley West of Wichita Falls and Trinity West of Abilene. A memorial service will be Friday at 1 at the Veterans Cemetery in Abilene, Texas. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be sent to Hendricks Hospice Center.
