Patricia Ann Smith, 81, of Sprague, NE died on September 2, 2018. Mrs. Smith was born August 26, 1937 to William & Lydia (Schaefer) Grasmick in Lincoln, NE. Patricia worked for Security First Bank and the Nebraska Title Company. She was also member of the Sprague Church and affiliations, Hallam American Legion Post #294 Auxiliary. Preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Richard Cernohlavek & Leonard Smith; son, LeRoy Smith; daughter-in-law, Judy Smith.
