Obituary Gonzales Inquirer Mar. 13, 1992 Nixon-Funeral services for Leona A. Linke, who died in a local nursing home on Wednesday, were held on Thursday, March 12, at 2 p.m. at Finch Chapel. The Rev. Alfred Doerfler officiated, with interment in the Nixon Cemetery. Mrs. Linke was born on Jan. 21, 1902 in Fayette County, to Henry and Rosa Jaenichen Sanders. She was married to Richard C. Linke on June 23, 1923 in Yorktown and he preceded her in death on June 14, 1973. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran church in Denhawken and was a retired grocery store owner and operator.
