YOAKUM: Karen Steen Coward, 79, completed her journey on earth Wednesday, August 22, 2018. She was born October 23, 1938 in Yoakum to the late Arthur Boothe Steen and Joy (Coppedge) Steen. She loved simplicity, country life, Hochheim Baptist Church and her family. Preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Roger Immenhauser. Visitation 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Thiele Cooper Funeral Home. Funeral Service 10 a.m., Monday at Hochheim Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Turner officiating. Burial to follow at Hochheim Cemetery. Published by the Victoria Advocate, August 25, 2018
