Bio

Emily Dianne Keetch Anderson passed away Feb. 26, 2018, surrounded by her loving family in Logan, Utah. She was born Oct. 29, 1943, in Vernal, Utah, to Russell and Emily Keetch. She married Milton Mariner Anderson on July 18, 1962, in the Logan LDS Temple. They were blessed with three girls who she loved very much. She graduated from South Cache High School and Utah State University. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held various callings. She taught high school English and humanities for 20 years, both at Sky View (1980-84) and Mountain Crest (1985-2000). She was an amazing teacher and loved by her students. In 1999 she was named Cache District's Teacher of the Year. She enjoyed cooking, reading, writing, knitting, gardening and travel. Her greatest love and what brought her the most joy was her family. She was an excellent wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be missed dearly by all. Dianne is survived by her husband Milton of River Heights, Utah; her children Danielle (Michael) Bingham of Eagle, ID; Emily Beth Wilson of Edwards, CO; Susan (Vik) Raol of Edwards, CO; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; two brothers, Max (Rita) Keetch of Ft. Collins, CO; and Brent (Linda) Keetch of Shell Beach, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Emily Keetch of River Heights. Funeral services are under the direction of Allen-Hall Mortuary. A viewing will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center St., Logan. Funeral services will be at the River Heights Stake Center on Friday, March 2, 2018, from 1 to 3: p.m. The burial will be immediately following at the Providence Cemetery.
