Jessica Allene Ponder, 90, passed away in Ennis, Texas, on Saturday, August 11, 2018. Burial will be at Telico Cemetery. Jessica was born in Ennis, Texas, to the late Hiram and Ora (Allen) Tims. She grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1945. She worked as an administrative assistant for many years with Loomis Nettleton. She was preceded in death by a son, Harold Ponder; brother, George "Bo" Tims; nephews, David Tims and Don Tims; and special friend, Cecil Jones. Survivors include her granddaughter, Julie Ponder; nieces, Lexie Baker Tims and Ava Tims; nephew, Jarred David Tims; sister-in-law, Betty Sue Tims; along with lots of cousins and good friends that thought greatly of her.
