Bio
Loeitta Buckley, 82, of Kingwood Texas, formerly of Snyder, passed away in Humble Texas on August 4, 2018 at the Deerbrook Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born in Snyder Texas on May 26, 1936 to Pete and Lula Mae Seale White. Loeitta was a woman who was dedicated to family above all else. She was always sure to show her husband and her children how much she loved them every day. She enjoyed spending time at home raising her family and keeping house, but she also liked to travel. She made many memories traveling around the country and even abroad when her husband had to go overseas doing work for the oil company. She is survived by her son Rick Wester and wife Lola of George West, Texas, by 2 daughters Laurie Turk of Kingwood and Angie Severance and husband Mike of Fort Scott Kansas, by a sister-in-law Jane Hebert, nieces Susan Hebert, Connie Hebert-Peck, Regina Jones-Havens and Sarah Jones-Pereira, a nephew Richard Hebert and by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William Buckley in 1985, by her brother Rayburn White, and by a sister Glenda Jones. A graveside service for Loeitta will be held in the Dunn Cemetery on Friday August 17th at 10 with Pastor Matthew Gore of the Oak St Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kiker Seale Funeral Home.
