July 24, 1922 - August 2, 2018 Eileen Miller Otts Eileen M. Otts, 96 formerly of Irving, died on August 2, 2018 in Fort Worth. She was born on July 24, 1922 in Girard, Illinois to Charles B. and Ruth (Killam) Laycock. Eileen loved to cook and bake; always making too much. She also had fond memories of traveling to Hawaii and Miami. A sweet, polite and mannerly woman, Eileen always put others before herself. She is preceded in death by two husbands: Donald Miller and Percy Otts; and a son, Ronald Miller. Left to cherish her memory are two granddaughters: Meagan Carroll and husband Matthew and Shannon Miller. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 6th from 6–8:00 p.m. at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062. Graveside services on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Boulevard, Irving, TX 75060.
