Donald Mullinax passed away on July 31, 2018 in Tyler, Texas. Donald Ray Mullinax was born February 16, 1943 in Wichita Falls, Texas the son of Price Bates Mullinax and Emma Elizabeth Willenborg Mullinax. He was a self-employed master electrician and owned and operated D-Ray Electric since 1983. He enjoyed working on all kinds of stuff and especially enjoyed metal detecting. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. “Poppy” was a loving father, brother and grandfather who will be missed by many. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Jacqueline Sue Gillenwater Mullinax; two brothers, Leon Mullinax and Melvin Mullinax and one grandson Zachary Mullinax. He is survived by three children, Donald “Donnie” Mullinax Jr. and wife Susan of Frankston, Kelly Mullinax of Palestine, Monica Atwood and husband Brooks of Frankston; four siblings, Bill Mullinax of Athens, Pat Moore of Bedford, Eddie Mullinax and wife Billie of Euless, Anita Roy of West Lake, Louisiana.
