Bio

Jerry Steen, 84, of Wilson, Texas, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, in Lubbock, Texas. Jerry was born Monday, June 19, 1933, in Wilson, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Harry Hewlett and the late Gladys Cookston Hewlett. She married Walter Steen on July 7, 1950. Jerry was a huge asset to her community and her church, the First Baptist Church in Wilson. Survivors include her daughters, a brother, four sisters, seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son, Don Alan Steen 2010.
