http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~neplatte/vitals/vitals1976.html The Columbus Telegram, April 19, 1976 BOTT - Funeral services for Mrs. Fred (Clementine) Bott, 77, who died Friday at home in Gerrard Court, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church with burial in the Columbus Cemetery. Pastor Paul Rowoldt will officiate. Visitation today at Gass-Haney Funeral Home; 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at church. Mrs. Bott was born Oct. 21, 1898 in Colfax County, daughter of Thomas and Anna (Divis) Valish. Educated in the Schuyler schools, she married Fred Bott in Columbus, July 25, 1922, and they farmed near Richland. After her husband's death, Jan. 1, 1960, she moved to Columbus where she was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Edith Drawbaugh and Mrs. Joseph Swanda, both of Omaha; several nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials to the heart fund or cancer fund.
