Fort Bend Herald, July 12, 2018: Timothy Theodore Mikolas, known as "Tim", 61, of Rosenberg, Texas, passed away on July 10, 2018. He was born on July 12, 1956 in Sugar Land, Texas to Theodore Mikolas, Jr. and Lillie Mae (Jurgens) Mikolas. Tim graduated from Lamar Consolidated High School. He was a long-time member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Rosenberg. Tim worked for Schlumberger for many years. His hobbies included hunting, attending car shows, and participating in BBQ Cook-Offs. This loving father and friend will be missed by so many. In addition to his parents, Tim is preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Hartfield Mikolas; sister, Debra Kay Mikolas; and his in-laws, Alvin and Mary Hartfield. Survivors include his daughters, Tiffany Lehman and her husband, Corey, and Kaylee Mikolas; along with a host of friends and extended family. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 15, 2018, in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2018, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1208 5th Street in Rosenberg, with burial following at Guy Public Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Billy Dittfurth, Ricky Eben, Lonnie Jurgens, Cary Lamensky, Alton Hartfield, and Clark Peschel. Honorary pallbearers will include David Gerstenberger, Donnie Meyer, Larry Loesch, David Morris, Johnny Mikolas, and Corey Lehman.
