Bio

Frances Bittner Fajkus, of Hondo, 65, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2018. She was born in El Campo on December 16, 1952, and was the daughter of Henry C. and Evanell Alma Leopold Bittner. A member of Hondo Garden Club, Frances enjoyed taking care of her plants and animals. She was also a loving and devoted caregiver for her daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents; two infant brothers; and her husband, Richard James Fajkus. Survivors include her daughter, Shelly Fajkus of Hondo; and sisters, Gladys (Raymond) Majewski and Theresa (Dale) Loescher, all of Victoria. Visitation was held on Friday, July 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Guinn-Horger Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service and interment will be planned later in Victoria, Texas,
