Bio

Billy was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He adored his family and loved spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. Billy enjoyed tinkering with stuff and he could fix just about anything that was broken. Billy will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters. -->
