Wife of Freeman Fetters (1874-1948). Freeman and Sarah were married on June 29. 1904 in Walla Walla, Walla Walla, Washington. Sarah was married previouslty to Sidney Rockey (1849-1896). Sidney and Sarah were married on July 1, 1874 in Wapello County, Iowa. She was Sidney's second wife. Sarah was the daughter of William Anson Jackson and Nancy Jane (Manaugh) Jackson.
