Funeral Services for June Wilbanks Webster, age 87 of Frisco, TX, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 22, 2018 at the Mt. Sylvan United Methodist Church with Pastor Jason Huffman officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Sylvan Cemetery under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, TX. June went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 10, 2018. She was born August 28, 1930 to the late Henry and Bess Wilbanks. June spent her early childhood on a farm in Mt. Sylvan, Texas, before moving to Tyler, Texas. After graduating from Tyler High School, she attended Tyler Junior College, where she was one of the original high-stepping Apache Bells. June began her career at Humble Oil's Tyler office. Her outgoing personality, talent for organization, and endless energy helped her advance quickly where she eventually served as chief administrative assistant to the president of Exxon Chemicals Corporation in Houston. A single mother of two sons, she created a loving home life and demonstrated by example the value of hard work and persistence to achieve one's goals. June's unforgettable smile, strong faith in Jesus Christ and joyful spirit will be remembered with deep fondness. June now waits in heaven for her son Timothy Scott Webster and his wife Kristin Hermes; son David Clay Webster and his wife Susan Banning Webster; her grandchildren TJ, Tiffany, and Jessica; and great grandchildren Luke, Lily and Lucy. She is also survived by loving nieces Cynthia Evans and Barbara Evans. In her years on this earth, June touched many lives in countless positive ways.
