Joy Cole "JC" Richards, 92, of Garland, passed away on May 16, 2018. Burial will be at Mills Cemetery. Joy Coyle was born in Rowlett, Texas, to the late Olga "Sunbeam" Scott Richards and Joy Richards. Over the years JC had many occupations, including working at his grandpaw's Dairy, Truck Owner/Operator, farming for many years, Catering Truck Business, and dump truck company. His hobbies were owning dirt track racing cars and watching Nascar Races. Survivors include his daughters, Marther Joy Roberts, of Garland, Carolyn Ann Richards, of Royce City, Texas, and Linda Marie Hensley, of Rowlett; son, Jerry Coyle Richards, of Rowlett; grandchildren: Paige Secord, Jason Center, Amber Roberts, Blake Roberts, Jennifer Richards, and Justin Richards; six great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Elizabeth Gray, of Sulphur Springs, Texas; other relatives and many friends.
