Bio

Ruth Breeding, 61, of Amarillo, died Sunday, May 31, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Trinity Baptist Church with Dr. David Evans, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Llano East Cemetery by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Breeding was born in Hayden, N.M., and had lived in Amarillo since 1957. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She married Ernest Breeding in 1958 at Las Vegas, N.M. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Rhonda Byars of Amarillo; two sons, Randy Breeding of Tuttle, Okla., and Russell Breeding of Frisco, Texas; four sisters, Glynnell Reed of Hamilton, Mont., Lou Weathers of Macon, Ga., Barbara Kline of Mesa, Ariz., and Lynda Fleming of Grand Junction, Colo.; three brothers, Bob Reed of Kirtland, N.M., Howard Reed of Bloomfield, N.M., and Jack Reed of Perryton; and two grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice and Life Enrichment Center or the American Cancer Society
